At Urban Bubs we ship orders Worldwide

In light of COVID-19, orders may incur unexpected Shipping Delays.

Australian Customers
Order processing takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Delivery takes approximately 5-18 days after processing.

International Customers
Order processing is approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery takes approximately 5-40 days depending on your location.

Please note: We do not collect taxes for overseas purchases outside of Australia. The purchaser is liable to pay for any tax or fees for the parcel to be released from customs. 

Orders are shipped from various fulfilment centres, including Australia, China & USA.


Shipping within Australia
is $8.5 AUD and free for Australia-wide orders over $120 AUD

International shipping is charged at a flatrate of $12.95 AUD

We provide up-to-date tracking on all orders.  Simply visit the “Track Order” page on this website and enter the email address used to make your order or your order number eg. #12345.

Please note that the Tracking Numbers can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your order is displayed, we advise coming back in a few days time to track the order again

Sometimes, in order to avoid processing delays, orders containing multiple items will be sent in more than one shipment.  This allows us to maintain the order delivery times above. 

Please contact our team at info@urbanbubs.com if you require more information regarding your second parcel.

If our courier partners cannot leave the parcel unattended at your delivery address it will be taking to the nearest post office for collection.

You will have up to 10 business days to collect the parcel from your local post office. If not, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Shipments may also be returned to sender by the courier due to an incorrect address.

If an order is returned to sender for one of the above reasons, you will need to wait until the item is returned to us and then request redelivery.

This will incur a $10.95 fee if you would prefer a refund, a $10.95 fee will be deducted to help cover our shipping costs, processing fees and restocking costs.

We are an Australian business with our admin office located on the Gold Coast, QLD.

We partner with brands across Australia and internationally to bring you beautiful and affordable items for your little ones. Some of our items are sent directly from our suppliers in Australia or overseas. This is taken into account in our estimated shipping times.

Unfortunately at this stage we are not set up to add custom gift messages to orders.

We suggest adding a line to the shipping address to say who it is from, e.g.
