EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Urban Bubs we offer returns for 30 days from the date of purchase,outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Urban Bubs allow returns for change of mind for either a refund or store credit.
*Please note that shipping costs are non refundable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you have a faulty item, please contact Urban Bubs at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item fault.
Once inspected we will give either a store credit or replacement for the item.
Cancellation of an order is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit.
On a rare occasion, we may offer a refund but a cancellation fee will apply.
- For Orders Under $100, there is a cancellation fee of $10
- For Orders over $100, there is a cancellation fee of $15
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com, where we will supply an Australian address for delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
